What you'll be doing

Establish senior partnerships across Clinical Development and enterprise functions to define CDH strategic roadmap
Own product vision, multi-year roadmap, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes aligned with clinical strategy
Lead product portfolio planning, backlog prioritization, and budget management with transparent trade-off decisions
Provide strategic and people leadership for cross-functional product teams with focus on accountability and continuous improvement
Represent CDH in senior leadership forums and communicate strategy, risks, and investment needs to drive alignment
