Role summary
Amgen seeks an Associate Director of Digital Product Management to embed with complex product teams and accelerate adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model. This senior individual contributor will coach product managers and cross-functional teams on advanced practices, help define product strategy and measurable outcomes, and capture insights to improve enterprise product management capabilities.

What you'll be doing
- Embed with high-priority product teams to coach digital product managers on advanced practices and accelerate framework adoption
- Perform direct product management duties when needed, including strategy definition, stakeholder alignment, and roadmap decisions
- Guide teams through complex problem framing, discovery, strategy development, and outcome-driven prioritization
- Partner across business, technology, compliance, and quality functions to resolve dependencies and strengthen product practices
- Capture engagement learnings and contribute insights to improve operating model playbooks and enterprise adoption approaches
