Role summary
Associate Director leading CRM and field technology platform strategy across Biogen's North America commercial organization. - Develop and lead North America CRM and field platform strategy, roadmap, and governance model
- Drive continuous optimization of CRM workflows, data processes, and field user experiences
- Lead adoption initiatives and partner with business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with priorities
- Evaluate and deploy emerging Veeva capabilities including AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation
- Manage strategic relationships with Veeva and external technology partners on platform evolution
