Role summary

Associate Director overseeing Functional Service Provider (FSP) staff supporting clinical trial operations across regions and therapeutic areas. Manages up to 25 FSP employees, drives resource planning and budget oversight, develops standardized processes, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize country and site-level execution.

What you'll be doing

Manage up to 20-25 FSP staff across clinical portfolio to support country and site operational objectives
Lead resource forecasting, assignment prioritization, and budget oversight in partnership with CSO leadership
Develop role-specific processes, training programs, and quality expectations driving consistency across FSP staff
Oversee FSP onboarding, offboarding, and vendor governance; monitor performance metrics and delivery risks
Partner with regional leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align goals and drive continuous improvement
