What you'll be doing
- Provide strategic legal counsel on global drug discovery and clinical development activities across therapeutic areas
- Advise on FDA regulations, human subject protection, data governance, AI use, and GxP compliance in research
- Draft and negotiate clinical trial agreements, consent forms, and research collaboration contracts
- Counsel on patient privacy and rights matters related to clinical research activities
- Serve as R&D legal subject matter expert and support governance, policies, and compliance training
