Role summary

Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director, Contract Management to lead a team of five contracts managers and drive operational excellence within the Legal department. This role will oversee contract lifecycle management processes, ensure service-level compliance, mentor staff, and partner with leadership to strengthen contracting standards and system adoption.

What you'll be doing

Lead day-to-day Contract Management team operations including workload prioritization, escalation management, and coaching
Mentor and develop junior contracts staff on negotiation, issue identification, business partnering, and template usage
Establish, monitor, and manage service-level expectations around responsiveness, turnaround time, quality, and workload
Drive consistent CLM system adoption across contracts team and internal business clients through training and reinforcement
Partner with Executive Director on contracting standards, procedures, templates, governance, and escalation protocols
