- Manage operational aspects of clinical trials including vendors, CROs, labs, and clinical sites
- Review KPIs and metrics to identify trends and trigger proactive risk management
- Oversee creation and approval of study documents including informed consent forms and protocols
- Mentor assigned study staff and colleagues on clinical operations and trial management
