Role summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology seeks an Associate Director to lead external research programs and clinical evidence generation for the company's electrophysiology pipeline. What you'll be doing
- Direct end-to-end management of external research projects ensuring compliance with SOPs and GCPs
- Lead publication plan development and execution in partnership with clinical, biostatistics, and physician teams
- Serve as primary liaison for clinical trial procedures, sponsor management, and internal/external communications
- Supervise and mentor CSER team members and junior staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners and external physician collaborators
