- Develop and manage Clinical Development Plans including resource allocation and risk mitigation
- Lead Clinical Operations staff recruitment, performance management, and career development
- Manage CRO vendors and study vendors to achieve program milestones and performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, QA, Finance, and Legal teams
