Role summary
Crinetics Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director to lead business insights and analytics for its endocrine-focused pharmaceutical pipeline. - Experience with forecasting software such as Flexicast, Forecast Pro, Crystal Ball, or Tableau

- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and build consensus across functional teams
What you'll be doing
- Perform advanced statistical analyses and develop customized forecast models to identify market patterns and business opportunities
- Maintain forecasts for commercial launch products and drugs in Phase II and III development stages
- Support brand planning through KPI measurement and omnichannel analysis across marketing and clinical domains
- Analyze secondary data on healthcare provider, patient, and payer behavior to understand performance drivers
- Partner with Market Research and Commercial Insights leadership to track KPIs, develop standard reports, and communicate performance updates to senior management
