Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What you'll be doing

Support assigned customers to maintain and grow existing Oncology accounts
Monitor patient testing adherence to oncologist-prescribed protocols and improve retention
Build and maintain relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts
Educate medical professionals on Natera tools and resources for test order management
Track and report key performance indicators related to patient retention and order fulfillment
