Role summary
Associate Chemist position focused on metals preparation and analysis of environmental samples using standard analytical techniques. - Experience with wet chemistry and laboratory or production settings preferred

- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and maintain accuracy
- Capability to work independently following written or verbal instructions
What you'll be doing
- Prepare environmental samples using standard analytical techniques and approved methodologies
- Perform chemical analysis and evaluate quantified data from testing
- Record and report analytical results and any unusual occurrences to supervisor
- Maintain laboratory instruments and demonstrate proficiency with instrument-specific software
- Manage personal workload using backlog reports and complete assigned quality control samples on schedule
