- Partner with finance leaders to identify pain points and develop high-value AI opportunity business cases
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and backlog items with technical considerations
- Define and track success metrics including cost reduction, productivity gains, and user adoption
- Drive change management and user adoption through design, communications, and training strategies
