- Own end-to-end delivery of clinical development AI use cases from ideation through production
- Lead hybrid technical teams and manage Agile delivery including sprint planning and release schedules
- Oversee development of scalable solutions using Databricks, AWS, and enterprise data platforms
- Define and enforce technical standards for AI/ML pipelines and maintain documentation
- Monitor product performance metrics and ensure compliance with data governance and GxP requirements
