Role summary

- Provide strategic and operational oversight of assigned clinical trial programs and budgets
- Lead cross-functional Study Management Teams and influence key stakeholders across clinical development
- Assess, onboard, and manage contract research organizations through RFP and selection processes
- Develop clinical trial protocols, regulatory documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Hire, develop, and retain diverse talent on team; coach direct reports on performance and career development
