Role summary
Associate Director leading digital, automation, and data integration delivery across complex capital projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsible for end-to-end project execution from concept through commissioning, ensuring compliance with cGMP and data integrity standards while coordinating cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of technical support, engineering, manufacturing automation, or project leadership experience
- Experience delivering automation or digital scope in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing
- Working knowledge of automation systems (DeltaV, PLC/SCADA) and manufacturing platforms (MES, historians)
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong project management and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Technical analysis and system integration expertise
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and automation scope through all project phases from FEL to qualification
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and dependencies aligned with project milestones and business priorities
- Monitor project performance and proactively resolve complex technical and organizational challenges
- Coordinate system integration across automation platforms, OEM equipment, and enterprise systems
- Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and qualification of automation systems while ensuring validated, compliant delivery
