Role summary
Associate Director of Market Access will oversee patient support hub operations and reimbursement solutions at Merck, managing vendor relationships, developing hub strategies for specialty products, and collaborating across commercial teams to ensure patient access and affordability.

- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

- Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills

What you'll be doing
- Manage daily operations of patient support hubs including vendor relationships, staffing, budgets, and SLAs
- Develop and deploy reimbursement support hubs for specialty products and upcoming launches
- Create comprehensive project plans with schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies
- Partner with brand teams and marketing operations to integrate coupon/co-pay programs into hub initiatives
- Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and Patient Assistance Foundation teams to ensure program compliance
