Role summary

- Drive end-to-end delivery and implementation of AI/ML initiatives with accountability for outcomes
- Provide technology leadership to engineering teams ensuring quality delivery against specifications and best practices
- Oversee product design, engineering, testing, and release cycles with hands-on issue resolution
- Manage team of delivery managers, architects, analysts, developers, and testers; conduct functional people management
- Collaborate with product and support teams on release planning, KPI analysis, and global feature rollout
