Role summary
Associate Director role within the Digital Human Health organization focused on developing and executing data strategy for the Oncology business. Responsible for sourcing commercial data assets, conducting gap analyses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support US commercial and alliance stakeholders.

What you'll be doing
- Monitor and maintain understanding of commercial data landscape across HCP, consumer, payer, and patient sources
- Conduct data needs assessments and identify gaps between current and ideal data strategy
- Build and execute plans to acquire new data assets and establish external partnerships
- Perform data quality assessments, fit-for-purpose analyses, and proof-of-concept testing
- Collaborate with analytics and master data management teams to ensure successful implementation and value realization
