Role summary
Eurofins Built Environment Testing seeks an Assistant Client Relations Executive to manage sample intake, client communications, and administrative functions in a Colorado laboratory. The role involves coordinating between clients and lab staff in a fast-paced environment with Tuesday-Saturday hours.

What you'll be doing
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email in timely manner
- Receive, verify, and organize laboratory samples using Chain of Custody documentation
- Assist clients with sample submissions and provide service information
- Update client and project records in the Tracker LIMS system
- Process credit card transactions and coordinate with laboratory staff on client inquiries
Compensation$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
