What you'll be doing
- Perform analytical testing including vitamin, protein, mineral, fat, and fatty acid analysis using various chromatography and spectrometry techniques
- Conduct ingredient analysis such as titrations, moisture testing, organoleptic evaluation, and allergen testing
- Execute water testing, residual testing, and compressed gas quality assessments with associated documentation
- Support compliance activities including laboratory investigation reports and non-conformance root cause analysis
- Train new laboratory hires on analytical methods and provide operational guidance to junior chemists during shift
