Role summary
Cytiva seeks an Area Service Manager to lead field service operations across Los Angeles and the Rockies region. - Demonstrated ability managing geographically distributed and remote service teams across complex territories
- Hands-on experience with Danaher Business System tools or comparable continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven track record managing service revenue, growth initiatives, and operational performance metrics at area or territory level
What you'll be doing
- Own area service business performance including revenue growth, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction across Los Angeles & Rockies
- Lead field service growth initiatives including contract capture, unit additions, renewals, and service attachments with enabled engineers
- Provide leadership and development to a geographically distributed Field Service Engineer team with accountability for performance and engagement
- Deploy and sustain Danaher Business System rigor through Daily Management, Visual Management, and continuous improvement execution
- Serve as primary management escalation for complex customer and operational issues while protecting relationships and business interests
