Role summary
Medtronic seeks an Area Sales Manager for ENT surgical technologies in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region. This field-based role involves selling capital and disposable products to hospitals, physicians, and surgery centers while managing territory accounts and maintaining sales quotas.

- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance with acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive 75% of time within territory and handle demonstration equipment
- Proficiency with computer systems and extended independent mobility
What you'll be doing
- Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians and key purchase influencers to demonstrate and sell ENT products
- Execute sales action plans across hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and physician offices
- Provide clinical support and in-service training in surgical environments
- Transport and maintain demonstration equipment and inventory in working condition
- Report competitive activity and maintain sales records and reports as requested
