Role summary
Natera seeks a senior oncology physician to lead regional medical strategy and serve as the primary clinical interface with community oncologists. This 50% field-based role drives engagement across a defined geography to advance appropriate utilization of Natera's oncology diagnostics while synthesizing field intelligence to inform commercial and development priorities.

What you'll be doing
- Conduct 12–18 MD-level engagements quarterly, with focus on high-value community accounts and account recovery
- Maintain minimum 4 ride days monthly to support top 20 accounts and coordinate with Associate MD
- Triage escalated medical inquiries with 90% acknowledgment within 48 hours and 100% documentation
- Host or present 12+ regional educational programs quarterly; lead development of at least one educational initiative per cycle
- Identify field-driven evidence generation opportunities and surface clinical trial concepts annually with CMO and Medical Director teams
