- Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and healthcare market dynamics in South India
- Perfusion technology certification or master's degree in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy, life sciences, or MBA (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Execute territory sales plans and identify expansion opportunities for cardiac surgery therapies across assigned hospitals
- Build relationships with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, operating room staff, and procurement stakeholders
- Provide product education, technical support, and clinical expertise for cardiac surgery technologies
- Deliver procedural support during surgical cases and conduct training programs for customers
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights for internal communication
