- Account management and/or marketing experience in healthcare or related business
- 2+ years account management in Group Practice, Payor, or Institutional environment
- Proven contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement capability
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to travel 3-4 times yearly to Chicago headquarters plus regional customer visits
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary regional champion, setting market access direction and overseeing high-level regional activities
- Develop and implement targeted market access strategies with influence mapping for key customer segments
- Collaborate on direct customer contracting and ensure compliance with area market access strategy
- Maintain customer relationships, resolve issues, and escalate critical developments to Area Directors
- Identify expansion opportunities, monitor performance metrics, and refine strategies using data analytics
