Role summary
AbbVie seeks an Archive Records Analyst to lead complex records management and electronic archiving initiatives across the organization. The role manages global deployment of records lifecycle governance, oversees GxP-regulated archiving, and coordinates with international teams in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
What they're looking for
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma with 7+ years related experience
- 5+ years experience in regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, regulatory affairs, or quality)
- 5+ years records management and/or archive work experience
- Hands-on experience with document and records management systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizational environments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Lead records management enterprise governance initiatives and strategic implementation activities
- Interface globally with records management teams and monitor deployment project progress
- Deliver program status updates against milestones to management and business stakeholders
- Develop and execute targeted communication plans across management levels and geographic regions
- Manage budgetary requirements and ensure compliance with applicable policies
