What you'll be doing

Design, configure, and test upgrades for assigned business systems and low-complexity applications
Assess impact of requested changes and develop new processes with leadership and business teams
Serve as primary support contact for end-users; troubleshoot issues and provide production support
Create and maintain technical documentation; guide workflow design and participate in code reviews
Identify process improvement opportunities and liaise with stakeholders and software vendors
