- Lead analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of performance and functional software issues
- Design moderate to complex system specifications aligned with architecture and security policies
- Mentor junior developers, perform peer code reviews, and maintain team code quality standards
- Perform manual and automated testing including regression risk assessments for code changes
