Maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, Abbott quality standards, and New Zealand regulatory compliance
Provide technical leadership on analytical methods, protocols, validation, and scientific decision-making
Manage laboratory resources, equipment, facilities, and LIMS systems for compliance and data integrity
Lead, develop, and manage laboratory team while driving culture of quality and continuous improvement
