Role summary

Cytiva (a Danaher operating company) seeks an analytical development co-op student to perform quality control testing of RNA lipid nanoparticles using analytical methods, maintain laboratory documentation, and support daily operations at the Vancouver Nanomedicines Center.

Currently enrolled in university program in analytical chemistry, life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, or chemical/biological engineering
Hands-on laboratory experience
General knowledge of analytical or bioassay techniques
Experience with chromatography, gel electrophoresis, or molecular biology techniques preferred

What you'll be doing

Perform quality control testing of raw materials and finished products using HPLC, LC-MS, and other established methods
Document laboratory activities and test results in compliance with GMP requirements and data integrity principles
Assist in preparation of technical reports, laboratory summaries, and analytical presentations
Support laboratory operations including equipment maintenance, calibration, reagent preparation, and inventory management

Compensation$40,000-$50,000 CAD annually
