Stryker seeks an analyst to support its global privacy compliance program within the Legal and Technology team. The role involves managing privacy processes, conducting assessments, responding to regulatory inquiries, and driving operational improvements across the organization.

- Experience conducting or reviewing privacy assessments and compliance audits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
- Professional privacy certification (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or CRCM) preferred
- OneTrust platform experience preferred
- Medical device industry experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Manage and respond to privacy inquiries from regulatory agencies, customers, patients, and employees
- Support regulatory filings, registrations, and appointments with global authorities
- Conduct and review Data Privacy Impact Assessments against global directives
- Process individual rights requests and track associated metrics and KPIs
- Coordinate auditing and monitoring activities across Internal Audit, Compliance, IT Security, and Legal functions
