Role summary

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and internal support teams on customer requirements and process improvements
- Monitor work queues, maintain SLA compliance, and escalate issues as needed
- Build relationships with key accounts and conduct service process analysis to improve cycle time
