What you'll be doing

- Manage patient refills, prior authorizations, and insurance denials or appeals
- Maintain patient schedules and follow-ups to assess medication safety and treatment efficacy
- Document activities in EMR and specialty therapy platforms; assist with pharmacy staff cross-training as needed
