What you'll be doing
- Serve as single point of contact for all CPSS CRO partnerships across Safety Sciences and Bioanalysis in China
- Establish and maintain high-performing partnerships with CROs, embedding AstraZeneca standards for quality and compliance
- Lead vendor performance management including scorecards, KPIs, and corrective action implementation
- Conduct due diligence, site assessments, and onboarding of new CRO partners in alignment with quality teams
- Coordinate with global technical teams and resolve operational, scientific, and compliance risks
