Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Design and execute prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI model performance through experimentation
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML solutions across PDM and Tech Ops, conducting process discovery and translating business logic into technical specifications
- Serve as subject matter expert for PDM and Tech Ops in AI model design, feature engineering, and solution architecture
- Validate AI solutions against current workflows and regulatory requirements; provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Manage portfolio-level tracking, executive dashboards, and metrics across AI/ML initiatives; mentor junior data scientists
