What you'll be doing

Partner with HR business partners and stakeholders to frame analytical questions and prioritize workforce analyses
Lead analytics consulting projects from design through analysis, visualization, and executive presentation
Analyze workforce, operations, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across employee lifecycle
Apply statistical and predictive analysis techniques to evaluate impact of people initiatives
Translate complex data into clear visualizations and narratives for technical and nontechnical audiences
