What you'll be doing
- Support end-to-end billing process ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation and distribution
- Review billing data for completeness; identify and resolve discrepancies before submission
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with timely professional follow-up
- Research, analyze, and resolve billing issues, disputes, and account discrepancies
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and coordinate follow-up on past-due balances
Compensation$18.30–$36.60/hour
