Role summary
Account Manager role focused on driving bookings for biorepository and sample storage services in the Northeast territory. Reports to Regional Sales Director and manages relationships with pharma, biopharma, and academic clients to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute territory strategies to generate new bookings in pharma, biopharma, and academic markets
- Conduct prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations to communicate biorepository services and solutions
- Manage customer relationships and coordinate with project management and sales operations teams
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, generate forecasts, and prepare quarterly reports
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote broader Azenta portfolio offerings
