Role summary
Azenta seeks an Account Manager to sell sample repository, laboratory processing, and cold-storage services to government, public-sector, academic, and research customers. The role combines consultative selling, customer development, and sales pipeline management with cross-functional collaboration.

- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel for business
What you'll be doing
- Sell and promote sample repository services, biorepository operations, and cold-chain logistics to target markets
- Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, government portals, and RFP opportunities
- Develop account and territory plans with target opportunities, key contacts, and pipeline tracking
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and capability presentations for existing and prospective customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report pipeline, sales activity, and progress against revenue targets
