Role summary
Account Manager position focused on neurosurgery product sales within a defined Maryland territory. Responsible for achieving sales targets through strategic planning, customer relationship development, and extensive operating room presence with surgical teams.

What you'll be doing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets within assigned territory
- Develop and execute formal business plans with monthly and quarterly territory reports
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with untapped customer accounts
- Provide consultative product support in operating room environment during surgical cases
- Identify product improvement opportunities and communicate findings to internal teams
