- Demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience working in highly regulated environments with strict compliance adherence
- Cardiology sector experience preferred; rare disease community policy knowledge preferred
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary contact for consented patients from enrollment through therapy initiation and continuation
- Conduct patient needs assessments and coordinate care across providers to address coverage and access barriers
- Provide field-based expertise on reimbursement pathways, prior authorization, and payer-specific requirements
- Deliver compliant education to healthcare providers on coverage processes and financial assistance programs
- Develop account-level strategies to optimize patient access and identify systemic barriers to therapy initiation
