What you'll be doing
- Execute laboratory studies, collect experimental data, and maintain compliant documentation
- Support platform development, process characterization, and GPEx Lightning cell line initiatives
- Assist with process automation, equipment onboarding, and laboratory operational support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare reports and data summaries
- Maintain laboratory safety standards, quality practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
