Role summary
Six-month cooperative education role supporting regulatory compliance and partner operations within Merck's Global Regulatory Affairs organization. Co-op students will assist with business process design, documentation management, and operational improvements while gaining exposure to quality methodologies and cross-functional project coordination.

- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams desirable
What you'll be doing
- Maintain team collaboration channels and ensure accurate, accessible documentation systems
- Assist with upkeep of contact lists, SME directories, and governance artifacts like RACI matrices
- Contribute to process prioritization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate logistics and materials for recurring meetings, community of practice events, and stakeholder engagements
- Create or update communication and education materials including slides, FAQs, and reference guides
