What you'll be doing

Document current capital asset operational processes and stakeholder touchpoints within internal equipment lifecycle tools
Interview and gather insights from stakeholders across laboratory, finance, and support functions
Review existing documentation, training resources, and knowledge repositories to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Develop process maps, analyze historical data for pain points, and build a prioritized transformation roadmap
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentation summarizing findings, recommendations, and proposed implementation steps
