Role summary
This 12-week internship supports Health Registration Management operations at Merck's Research and Development Division in New Jersey. The intern will assist with optimizing the Veeva Registration system, updating documentation and processes, and exploring digital tools and AI capabilities to improve workflow efficiency.

- Apply website design fundamentals and user experience research to optimize processes and documentation
- Update tools, platforms, and process diagrams to reflect new or transitioned processes from Veeva implementation
- Review and evaluate AI capabilities in SharePoint, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Knowledge Agent features
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve business processes through digital tools and automation
- Develop and test prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions and gather stakeholder feedback for implementation
