Role summary

Merck's Emerging Talent Rotational Program is a three-year developmental initiative for recent graduates and early-career professionals.   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and global partners on meaningful initiatives
  • Develop professional competencies through real-world project experience and cross-functional exposure
  • Support strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and business operations initiatives
